  • Swedish Relaxation Massage

    One of the most well-known massage techniques, Swedish massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury. 

  • Prenatal Massage

    Performed by a trained specialist, many methods of massage are both effective and safe prenatally. Specific prenatal techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus.  

  • Reflexology

    Reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body.   This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. 

  • Craniosacral Massage

    Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive method of enhancing the function of a physiological body arrangement called the craniosacral system. Craniosacral therapy encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and reduce stress.

    Please note that 10 minutes of each session is dedicated to consultation, home care instructions, and dressing. For example, during a  60 minute session the first 5 minutes are allotted for a brief consultation, time for the client to disrobe, and time for the client to position themselves on the massage table. The next 50 minutes are hands-on therapy. The final 5 minutes are reserved for the client to dress and receive any necessary home care instructions and recommendations. 

  • Reiki

    Reiki is a hands-on energy healing art.   In a session, the practitioner places her hands on or above the client's body to activate healing energy within receptive points on the body. The practitioner's hands move through twelve positions on the body, remaining in each position for three to five minutes.

Therapeutic Services

  • Deep Tissue Massage

    Techniques that utilize deep-tissue/deep-muscle massage are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. These techniques require advanced training and an understanding of anatomy and physiology. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

  • Sports Massage

    Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment. . When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing and reduce recovery time.

  • Therapeutic Massage

    Therapeutic massage provides treatment for both chronic and acute illnesses and injuries such as sprains/strains, TMJD, fibromyalgia, low back pain and headaches. We will work with your prescribing physician to help you reach your optimum health. 

  • Lymphatic Massage

    This extremely gentle massage is designed to manually stimulate the lymphatic system which improves immunity. This massage also reduces swelling and congestion in tissues, assists in flushing and detoxifying the body and speeds post surgical recovery time.

  • Cupping Massage

    Silicone or polycarbonate cups are used to create suction which lifts the upper layers of tissue. Therapeutic cupping may be used to relieve muscular pain and stiffness, increase blood and lymphatic circulation, and sedate the nervous system.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated basalt stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply soothing and help warm up and relax tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply. 

  • Salt Stone Massage

    Himalayan Salt Stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated Himalayan Salt stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply soothing and help warm up and relax tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply.

  • BambooFusion Massage

    Bamboo fusion is a technique using bamboo stalks of varying lengths and diameters to provide the appropriate pressure throughout the massage. The Bamboo is rolled on the skin with an applied pressure to release tension similar to a traditional touch but without using thumbs or elbows.

    The use of essential oils in body and skin care treatments is known as aromatherapy. Used as a healing technique for thousands of years, essential oils aid in relaxation, improve circulation, and help the healing of wounds. Each oil has its own unique characteristics and benefits.

    RockTape lifts skin away from underlying muscles and nerve endings to provide relief. RockTape also improves blood flow to muscles, which can help to delay fatigue. A great supplement to promote and prolong the benefits of any massage. 

  • Facilitated Stretching

    A full session working the range of motion through both active and passive stretching to release muscle tension
